Very cute place! I want to like this place... but I ordered the 2 for $7 milk tea with pearls and I was less than impressed. The taro milk tea with zero sugar was very sweet and the coconut milk tea didn't have much of a coconut taste. The pearls had a good texture. I didn't get to try their desserts though.

This place is about $5-6 per drink but they have a promotion now which is buy one get one 50% off. I tried their mango passion oolong tea and 4 seasons passion tea. The fruit they use for the tea is super fresh and the tea is very refreshing. It is perfect for the spring and summer seasons. They also have drinks with milk foam but there most popular drink is definitely the fruit tea ones This place is also cash only!!

TLDR: Kinda shady, no sign for prices for individual drinks, heavily pushes buying 2 drinks at once with "deals". Quality inconsistent, and if you deviate from the drinks (i.e. exchange boba with jelly), there will be a $1(o.O) charge per drink. Details: not scientific, but it felt like their "medium" is closer to other stores' small, while "large" is like other stores' medium. Okay, that's fine, the deals seem great right? $6-7 for 2 and you get to pick between 3 of them. Nope. Some drinks def felt watered down, while others will feel way too sweet, and this was all with regular sugar level. Another problem is that the staff seem to be too used to the set 9 or so drinks in those "deals", to the point that when I asked for no ice, I watched as they made it with ice, then realize later and tried to remove the ice manually, but still left like a layer when i got the drinks. But the biggest problem of all, even beyond the inconsistent watered down drinks, were the insane surcharges for toppings. You are fine if you do not add or exchange toppings. If you wanted jelly instead of boba? Oh boy... So most good bbt shops will do it free of charge, since both come in huge batches. Using gong cha's pricing (one of the more consistent and good chains) as reference, where adding boba or jelly = 0.50 each per drink, the staff at this store also mentioned that "it will charge extra". After I got the change and the bbt, I realized it was $1 extra charge per drink, to use jelly (which usually come in a huge container and you just scoop it out) instead of boba (which usually need to be made on premise for optimal taste and texture). So the awesome deal of $7 for 2 drinks, ended up being $9. a 28.57% price increase to exchange boba with jelly. And to top it off, a panhandler that reeked of alcohol, to the point where I could smell it from 10 feet away, came up to me to ask for money as I took out my wallet to pay for the bbt. What did the store staff do? Absolutely nothing. I guess I was being punished by the staff because I asked for jelly instead of boba, unreasonably complex changes to those preset drinks. I mean, why else would they charge 2x of gong cha's prices for extra toppings, just to exchange toppings and I got nothing extra?

Reason I come here rather than the 50 other bubble tea stores is because they have the best value. Update: Quality seems to be going down. They're training amateurs. Lowered a star.
